"The rental market in general is much slower than average right now. We have a
lot of tenants moving out because they are buying. This has increased
the supply of rental properties."
When first time home buyers are purchasing homes that is a MAJOR factor on market conditions. First time home buyers are the catalyst in the market. The rental rates are equally mortgage payments. When this happens they want to be homeowners. This same thing happened in 2004. Rates are low, FHA loans are great. Also, VA loan programs are fantastic. These are all the signs of a healthy market.
